The Story

Designed to feel natural in everyday cooking, this Japanese-style santoku knife combines practical performance with timeless craftsmanship.

Inspired by traditional Japanese knives while offering the convenience of modern stainless steel, the blade is made from molybdenum vanadium steel for excellent sharpness, durability, and resistance to rust.

Traditionally designed for preparing vegetables, the straight-edged nakiri blade allows for smooth, precise cuts and clean contact with the chopping board.

Ideal for slicing, chopping, and preparing vegetables, herbs, and fruits, the wide blade shape also makes transferring ingredients from board to pan effortless during cooking.

Finished with a natural magnolia wood handle, the knife feels lightweight, warm, and comfortable in the hand, offering easy control for everyday use. A reinforced ferrule helps improve durability while helping prevent loosening and moisture damage over time.

  • Size: Approx. 29cm (Overall Length), 15.5cm (Blade Length)
  • Weight: Approx. 100g
  • Blade Material: Molybdenum Vanadium Steel
  • Handle: Natural Magnolia Wood
  • Ferrule: Polypropylene (Heat Resistant up to 120°C)
  • Lightweight wood handle for comfortable everyday use
