The Santoku is a multi-purpose knife ideal for slicing, chopping, and mincing a wide range of ingredients - from meat and fish to fresh vegetables.
Designed with an optimal blade thickness for home use, the A-1 series offers excellent cutting performance, making it suitable for both beginners and professionals.

The blade core is made from cobalt alloy steel, which contains extremely few impurities. This gives the knife exceptional hardness, edge retention, and wear resistance. Added molybdenum provides flexibility and strength, reducing the risk of chipping or breaking.
