At Made In Japan, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our home goods and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't a perfect fit for your home, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully wrap your Japanese ceramics or textiles in their original protective padding and box to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned goods at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
